Data processed and purpose
We process the data you send through the contact form (name, company, email, phone and message) to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract and your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a) and (b)); UK GDPR and other applicable data-protection laws where they apply.
Communications
We only send communications about services if you have expressly agreed. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted.
Recipients
Your data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing. It may be processed by hosting and IT providers under data-processing agreements that comply with the GDPR.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing by writing to info@crunchygalaxy.com. You may also complain to your data-protection supervisory authority (CNPD, www.cnpd.pt).
